Unable to update schema - problem 5001 ( BUSY )

The customer is trying to install webnetwork into Microsoft ad and is getting Unable to update the schema.
And the following error is displayed:
INFO (12/19) 11:01:05 [com.stoneware.service.DirectoryManager]: We are creating an AD connection.
FATAL (12/19) 11:01:38 [com.stoneware.service.DirectoryManager.schema]: Unable to update schema.
javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException: [LDAP: error code 51 - 000021A2: SvcErr: DSID-030A09F3, problem 5001 (BUSY), data 0

 
Ran the Microsoft tool DCDIAG and it reported that "A recent replication attempt failed - The replication generated an error 8524"

The customer had an old server that was not properly removed from the domain. Customer had to follow the Microsoft MSKB article: 216498
