How do I remove the webPass Update Prompt that occurs after login?


Answer:

The steps for removing the webPass Update Prompt which was implemented in release 6.3.0.246 and higher:

  1. Open webAdmin
  2. Expand Customization Center
  3. Expand the profile you are using (i.e. SecureCloudAccess-Profile)
  4. Select Settings
  5. In the setting selector dropdown select 'webPass Update Prompt'
  6. In the Value dropdown select false
  7. Select the save button
