Problem: Need to download new license or software for upgrade or installation.
Prerequisite(s):
- Must know your customer username and password*
Solution(s): Follow the below steps.
- Go to https://customer.lenovosoftware.com/
- Login with your customer username and password
- Click on Customer workspace
- Click on LUW Downloads for software download
- Click on Product Licenses for license download
IMPORTANT - if you do not see a license file available (and you believe you should have one) contact support.
