wnSSOClient.exe can not be started.

The customer is getting an error that the system cannot find the file specified, wnSSOClient cannot be started error launching TS application.

Full error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
This initial program cannot be started: wnSSOClient.exe
enc: false

This error could indicate one of two things.

One, the wnSSOClient is unable to run.

You want to make sure that you have the wnSSOClient client configured properly on the TS. 

Second, the wnSSOClient is configured properly, but it is unable to run with the passed parameters (application to launch) because the application is not launching properly.

To check that the application is installed and configured properly for the TS, you can log into a TS desktop session launch the application from the desktop to make sure it runs. If the application does not run or produces pop-up errors, that can cause the error.
