When deploying SlingShot, you will need to set the swAppLauncher cookie in the browser, to signify SlingShot is installed.
The cookie can be set by going to the address below (changing my.example-cloud.com with your cloud URL):
If the cookie isn't set, instead of launching SlingShot, the browser will prompt to download the SlingShot installer.
