When a user adds a file to the Shared folder, all users are not able to see this file.
When going to OneDrive for Business with the browser client, logged in as different users, they are able to see the shared file in the shared folder.
When going webStorage in webNetwork, the user that added to the shared folder can see the added file, all other users can not.
Items in the 'Shared with Everyone' folder are the items the user is sharing with everyone. They are not displayed in all other user's 'Shared with Everyone' folder.
The OneDrive for Business provider now has a high level folder called 'Shared with organization.'
This folder contains users and their 'Shared with Everyone' folder contents.
The current user is not shown at the top level.
webNetwork queries SharePoint for the list of shared files.
We have found the following to be true:
1. There is a delay between the time items are shared and when the items are available on SharePoint - and available in our list - since we query SharePoint.
2. Shared items are affected by sharing rules of parent folders.
If you share something, and it does not show in the list, wait a little longer.
If the file still does not appear for everyone, then check parent folder privileges to verify the users should have access.
This is a forum link that describes some of the sharing issues, as well as troubleshooting options outside of webNetwork:
