Troubleshooting issues with authentication
Issue:
A user is receiving a Failed Login Attempt error every-time they try to login to Unified Workspace. How can we determine the root cause of the failed login?
Solution:
Enable the Authentication debug logging:
- Browse to the 8090 Management Console of the internal server (sometimes called the Loader).
- Select the Logging tab.
- Click the Reset button, to disable any debug that may have been left enabled from any previous troubleshooting.
- Check the "Preset Configuration" box to enable Authentication logging.
- Click the Launch button to open the Display Logger in another browser window.
Now when the user attempts to login, you should see some logging in the Display Logger window that shows the authentication process.
