Reset user's Image Challenge images

Reset user's Image Challenge images

To reset a user's Image Challenge images, so that they can select new ones:
  1. Open webAdmin.
  2. Browse to the user's user object (via Tree Root or User-Group Admin).
  3. Select the Authentication tab.
  4. Click the Reset User Images Reset button.*
  5. Click the Save button.


*The Reset button is only visible when the Image Challenge option is checked on the user's object.
  1. Check the Image Challenge Enable box.
  2. Click the Save button.

  3. Use the above steps to reset the users challenge images.

  4. Uncheck the Image Challenge Enable box.
  5. Click the Save button.
