Relayuser won't authenticate

Relayuser won't authenticate

During startup of webnetwork customers webnetworktrace.log shows :

LOGIN FAILED: CN=relayuser,dc=example-cloud,dc=com: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090334, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 533, vece ]

This means that the relayuser account is locked in AD.
