Machine you have attempted to access is unavailable
The Customer has several users who when trying to connect to their PC using PersonalRDP get a page that says:
The machine you have attempted to access is unavailable.
This means that UW was unable to communicate with the user's machine that they have registered. This could be due to a new IP number on that machine or they powered off the machine or changed some personal firewall settings.
