The customer sees an error when wnssoclient launches.

An unexpected error occurred

System.InvalidOperationException : Client found response content type of 'text/html;charset=ISO-8859-1", but expected 'text/xml'

Problem accessing /swWebServices/services/WebNetworkPortalService.WebNetworkPortalServiceHttpSoap11Endpoint/

 

In this case, the customer was using a load balancer and the Terminal server was not getting back to the relay properly. The customer also had to edit the AllowHosts file on each relay to allow the terminal server AND the load balancer's IP address.

The AllowHosts files can be found in the stoneware installation folder:
