How to order Links / Tiles

Problem:  You would like to have them links/tiles appear in a specific order.



Cause:  The default order of links/tiles on menus is alphabetical.  This can be changed in interface to match LDAP ascending/descending order, but this is not always sufficient for customer needs.  



Solution(s):  Adding an HTML comment to the Link description.
  1. Go to webAdmin
  2. Go to Link-Menu Admin
  3. Expand desired menu
  4. Click on 1st desired link
  5. Enter the following tag in description field <!--01-->
  6. Click Save button
  7. Next click on 2nd desired link
  8. Enter the following tag in description field <!--02-->
  9. Click Save button
  10. Result will be #5 link first and #8 link second, regardless of alphabetical name
Helpdesk example:
Link Description = <!--01-->Helpdesk
