How to adjust memory parameters

Problem:  Need to adjust memory of Unified Workspace (webNetwork).


Prerequisite(s):
  • Unified Workspace 6.3.0.232 or higher
  • TCP port 8090 is open to server(s)
    OR 
  • Remote access to server(s)

Solution(s):  Adjust the parameters in the Server Management console (aka 8090 console).

  • Remote to server (or skip to next step)
  • Open a browser and go to https://127.0.0.1:8090 (or go to https://server-IP:8090)
  • Login with admin credentials
  • Go to Settings tab
  • Go to Lax File Parameters
  • Adjust the memory options
  • Click Save button
  • Click Shutdown button
  • Click OK
  • Start-up service 
  • Repeat for additional servers
