How do I disable webRDP onscreen keyboard or clipboard?

Problem:  Users do not need the keyboard or clipboard functionality.



Cause:  Both keyboard and clipboard are turned on by default with webRDP HTML5.


Prerequisite(s):
  • webNetwork administrator (webAdmin) access
  • General knowledge of webAdmin management
  • Web application using webRDP HTML5

Solution(s):  Add parameters to application Options.
  1. Go to desired application's Options tab
  2. Add one, or both, of the following parameters to webRDP HTML5 Client Parameters field:
    Turn off clipboard: clipboard=off
    Turn off keyboard: keyboard=off
    The Ctrl-Alt-Del option can also be disabled by adding: cad=off
  3. Click Save
  4. Click the Reload button to immediately reload the application on the current relay.
