How do I change the max color depth for a RDP/TS connection?

The following registry path is the entry that controls this. Many times it is defaulted to 4, changing to 5 allows it to go up to 32bit.
HKLM/system/controlset/control/terminal server/winstations/rdp-tcp ColorDepth is a REG_DWORD 5
