Error=2 The system cannot find the file specified

Problem:
Receiving "Error=2 The system cannot find the file specified" when trying to load the ADMX template. 

Cause:
Missing language file

Solution:
To use the ADMX templates there is a second file that will be needed in order to make it work. This is the ADML file which is located in the ZIP folder under Windows in en-us for both the Teacher and Student. 

Take that ADML file and place it in the en-us folder located in the PolicyDefinitions folder. 

After that the ADMX template should have the correct Language file and will be able to deploy to the clients.
