Enable - Disable httpOnly security flag

Enable - Disable httpOnly security flag

By default in 6.4 Java Applets are now disabled due to best practices of secure cookie handling. After upgrading to 6.4 and running the system check you may see an alert such as  :  "Due to a security configuration, Java Applets are not supported."

To re-enable applet support the following parameter can be added to lax.nl.java.option.additional line of the webnetwork.lax file : -Dcom.stoneware.cookie.httponly=false

This is done on all Unified Workspace server.

Be aware that this is changing best practices in the industry.  Chrome already removed support for Java, FireFox will stop supporting java at the end of 2016.

More information on httpOnly can be found here.
