User entered in a password with double quotes and is having issues with the terminal server. They entered in a password like "mypassword" and when using IE and terminal server VPN, they just get a blank white screen.

Double quotes in a password will cause a problem with RDP due to the ActiveX control getting confused because it wraps the password in double quotes also and treats it as a parameter. It is suggested at this time to change the password to not include double quotes.
