With brand new installs of 6.3 the descriptions for tiles will show something like :@@i18n:com.stoneware.i18n.directory:Link_Description_File_Services_Admin@@
In the past this simply said :

This new method allows for localization of the descriptions so that they can change depending on the language the users machine is set to. If you do not care about localization you can simply change the Description field in webAdmin for the tile do whatever you want and it will display that text for every language.
If you want to change or add your own description and localize it for multiple languages :
Go to webAdmin Dashboard
+ Customization Center
+ Tenants
+ [Default]
Language Editor
Change Application drop down to Directory
You will see all of the stock link descriptions there.
You can change the Language drop down to another language to add / modify descriptions for other languages.
When done click save.
** Note : If you use Relay Central you will want to be on your master relay that all other relays sync from so that your change propagates to other relays.
