Change Password Reset URL

Issue

Customer would like to use their own password changing application instead of the one built into Unified Workspace.


Solution

To point the Reset Password link to a specific URL:
  1. Open webAdmin Dashboard.
  2. Expand Customization Center.
  3. Expand Tenants.
  4. Expand the [Default] tenant.
  5. Select Global Settings.
  6. From the dropdown selector, choose Password Reset URL.
  7. Change the reset URL value to the desired URL.  Example: https://resetpassword.example-cloud.com/.
  8. Click the Save button.
Now when users click on the Reset Password link, they will be directed to the custom Password Reset site, instead of using the built-in resetPassword.jsp application.
