How do I change the Profile my user are using?


Solution

UW offers multiple Profiles.  Each Relay can be assigned a specific Profile so that all users that login to that Relay will use the assigned profile.  The Profiles can also be assigned to users via an OU, Group, or individually.  This allows you to have separate templates assigned to various users.

To assign a new Profile to your users:
  1. Open webAdmin Dashboard
  2. Expand Customization Center
  3. Select the desired Profile
  4. In the Assigned Primary Users box add the OU, Group, or users you wish to use this Profile
  5. Click the Save button
