Can I launch an iOS app from Unified Workspace ?

If the developer of the application has created a URL scheme then yes. For example. TomTom can be launched with the url of : 

tomtomhome:// will open TomTom 
fb://profile will open facebook profile page 
ohttp://www.lenovosoftware.com/ will open Opera browse

You can also ask the publisher of the application if they have any URL schemes that you can utilize.
