In the Relay Central Service configuration in the :8090 mamangement console, instead of just putting dns.name:24000 or 192.168.1.68:24000 enter in *:24000

* = all ip numbers and :24000 is the port to use.

Relay Central defaults to port 24000 but you may want to specifically assign that just so you remember later down the road.
