Issue:
A customer has an updated license file and needs to apply it to their Unified Workspace (UW) servers.
Solution:
To apply the updated license file to each UW server:
Login to the
Customer Portal, download your Unified Workspace license (appropriate for the release of UW that is running)
Rename the downloaded license file to license.sw and copy the file to each server and relay running
Place the license file in the \stoneware\config folder or the \UnifiedWorkspace\config folder by default. If you changed the install directory for UW, you will want to use the folder name you used
Shut down the webNetwork service on each server and start it back up.
Make sure that you bring up your UW Servers (aka loaders) first, then dedicated relays.
To verify the license currently running on your server, open the 8090 management console. On the Status tab, scroll down to Server License..
Under that section, you will find all the information about your license, including the Expiration Date and Concurrent User Count.
