Application tab closes automatically when session times out in UW
Issue:
Application tab closes automatically when session times out in UW. This usually happens with SAML or Direct URL links.
Solution:
* This will not work for Virtual web applications, and some SAML applications which check to make certain you are still authenticated to your Identity Provider.
Application tab closes automatically when session times out in UW. This usually happens with SAML or Direct URL links.
Solution:
There is a setting on the link you can use to stop the "window cleanup" that happens when a session times out.
In webAdmin.
- Expand Link-Menu Admin.
- Select the desired link.
- Choose the link's Options tab.
- Check the Cleanup Window Disable checkbox.
- Click Save.
At
the user's next login, this change will take effect for them. When
their session times out, the window for that link will not be closed.
