User is getting a message when logging into webNetwork that says : Account Locked
This means that the directory ( Microsoft Active Directory or Novell eDirectory ) has detected too many invalid logins and has locked the account for intruder attempts.
Use the native directory tools to unlock this account. You can also use webAdmin to find the user and go to the authentication tab and unlock the account.
If you have self service password reset enabled the user can also click on that from the login page, answer their secret answers and have the system unlock their account with out asking the administrator.
